Community Guidelines
Effective Date: July 16, 2026
Welcome to 3VIBE
3VIBE is built around one simple idea: real people, real connections, real experiences. Whether you're here to meet new friends, find your crowd at a night out, or share a moment with someone who gets you—every person on this platform plays a part in shaping what this community becomes.
These Community Guidelines are our shared social contract. They're not a rulebook written by lawyers to cover every edge case. They're a description of the community we're building together: what behavior we celebrate, what crosses the line, and how we respond when things go wrong.
We want 3VIBE to be a place where you can be yourself without being on guard. Disagreements happen. People have different tastes, different boundaries, different energies. That's all fine. What's not fine is making someone else feel threatened, humiliated, degraded, or unsafe.
Our Community Values
We're building a community around four core values:
Real. Be your actual self. No catfishing, no fake personas, no borrowed photos. The people you meet here deserve the same honesty you expect from them.
Respectful. You can disagree without attacking. You can say no without explaining. You can hold opinions that others don't share—and express them without degrading anyone in the process.
Responsible. Your profile, your posts, your messages, your event listings—they all carry consequences. Own what you put out into this community.
Safe-Looking-Out. If you see something that shouldn't be here, do something about it. A quick report might be the difference between someone having a good night and someone getting hurt.
What We Encourage
- Profile authenticity. Use real photos of yourself. Fill out your bio honestly. The right people will find you for who you actually are.
- Opening conversations with intention. A thoughtful message that references something specific from someone's profile beats a hundred copy-pasted "heys."
- Respecting signals. If someone isn't responding, stops replying, or explicitly says they're not interested—accept it gracefully and move on.
- Hosting events responsibly. If you post an event, make sure the details are accurate. Include clear information about the venue, time, dress code, and any costs. Other people are making plans around what you post.
- Being a good community member. Report problematic content and users. Your vigilance protects everyone else.
What We Don't Allow
The behaviors below will trigger enforcement action. We categorize violations by severity, but repeated minor violations can escalate to more serious consequences.
Category A: Harassment and Bullying
- Repeatedly contacting someone who has indicated they don't want further communication;
- Personal attacks, insults, humiliation, or mockery directed at another user;
- Slut-shaming, body-shaming, or making degrading remarks about someone's appearance or lifestyle;
- Coordinating with others to target or pile onto a specific user;
- Threatening or intimidating behavior of any kind.
Category B: Hate Speech and Discrimination
- Attacking, demeaning, or dehumanizing any person or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
- Using slurs, hate symbols, or coded hate speech;
- Promoting, glorifying, or recruiting for hate groups or hate-based ideologies.
Category C: Sexual Misconduct and Inappropriate Content
- Sharing sexually explicit, pornographic, or nude content—including in private messages;
- Sending unsolicited sexual messages, images, or propositions;
- Any content or conduct that sexualizes minors—this results in an immediate permanent ban and mandatory referral to law enforcement;
- Using the platform to solicit or advertise commercial sexual services;
- Sharing intimate images of another person without their explicit consent.
Category D: Fraud, Deception, and Scams
- Catfishing: using someone else's photos, fabricating an identity, or significantly misrepresenting who you are;
- Romance scams: building a false emotional connection to solicit money, gifts, or personal information;
- Investment or financial scams of any kind;
- Impersonating a celebrity, public figure, or 3VIBE staff member;
- Posting deliberately false or misleading event listings;
- Creating multiple accounts to evade blocks, bans, or restrictions.
Category E: Violence and Harm
- Depicting, threatening, promoting, or glorifying violence against any person or group;
- Sharing graphic, gory, or extremely disturbing imagery;
- Inciting others to commit acts of violence;
- Promoting, instructing, or glorifying self-harm or suicide;
- Any content related to terrorism or violent extremism.
Category F: Privacy Violations
- Publishing, sharing, or threatening to share another person's private information without consent ("doxing"), including real name, address, phone number, workplace, financial details, or identification documents;
- Taking screenshots or recordings of private conversations and sharing them publicly without consent;
- Stalking or surveilling other users online or offline.
Category G: Spam, Bots, and Platform Abuse
- Mass-messaging users with unsolicited advertisements, links, or promotional content;
- Using bots, scripts, or automation to create accounts, send messages, or manipulate features;
- Posting repetitive or irrelevant content designed to disrupt the community experience;
- Phishing attempts, malware distribution, or sharing malicious links.
Category H: Illegal Activity
- Using 3VIBE to facilitate, plan, or promote any form of illegal activity;
- Buying, selling, or facilitating the trade of illegal goods—including controlled substances, counterfeit products, and stolen data;
- Human trafficking or exploitation of any kind;
- Any other violation of applicable criminal law.
Events: Extra Responsibility
Because 3VIBE includes the ability to post and attend real-world events, additional community expectations apply:
- Be truthful in your listings. Don't inflate numbers, misrepresent the venue, or hide costs or entry requirements;
- Don't post fake events. Creating a listing for an event that doesn't exist to collect RSVPs, personal data, or payments is fraud;
- Respect venue rules. If a venue has a code of conduct or dress code, communicate it clearly in your listing;
- Report unsafe listings. If you show up somewhere and it's clearly not what was advertised—or if you feel unsafe—leave and report the listing.
What Happens When You Report Something
Every profile, post, message, and event listing has a report button. Here's how it works:
- Tap Report on the content or profile in question;
- Choose the most appropriate reason from the categories provided;
- Optionally, attach additional details or screenshots;
- Submit.
Reporting is anonymous. The person you report will never know it came from you.
You can also block any user at any time through their profile. Once blocked, they cannot see your profile, interact with your content, or contact you.
How We Enforce
Our Safety team reviews reports and takes action based on severity:
| Violation Level | First Offense | Repeat Offense |
| Minor (e.g., spammy messaging, low-level rudeness) | Warning | Feature restriction (7 days) |
| Moderate (e.g., targeted harassment, misrepresentation) | Feature restriction or temporary freeze (7–14 days) | Temporary freeze (30 days) or permanent ban |
| Serious (e.g., hate speech, fraud, privacy violations) | Temporary freeze (30 days) or permanent ban | Permanent ban |
| Zero Tolerance (e.g., child exploitation, violent extremism, human trafficking) | Immediate permanent ban + law enforcement referral | N/A |
For account freezes and bans, we may also apply device-level restrictions to prevent ban evasion through new accounts.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal:
- Email support@3vibe.club from the email address tied to your account;
- Use the subject line: "Appeal — [Your Username]" ;
- Describe why you believe the action was incorrect and provide any supporting information.
We review appeals promptly. Appeals are not available for confirmed zero-tolerance violations.
Scope of These Guidelines
These Guidelines apply to all activity on the 3VIBE platform—public posts, private messages, event listings, and profile content. In certain cases, we may also take action based on off-platform conduct if:
- It targets another 3VIBE user;
- It can be credibly linked to your 3VIBE identity; and
- It violates the standards set out in these Guidelines.
This document is not an exhaustive list. Behavior not specifically mentioned here may still result in enforcement if it clearly violates the spirit of these Guidelines or endangers the community.
Connection to Other Documents
These Community Guidelines are part of your agreement with 3VIBE and carry the same binding force as the Terms of Service. They should be read alongside our Safety Guidelines, which provide practical advice for protecting yourself online and offline.
We may update these Guidelines periodically to reflect the evolving needs of the community. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
Thank you for being part of 3VIBE and for helping us build a community worth being part of.
