This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and "DC Cloud Tech Ltd" ("3VIBE," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 3VIBE App ("App") and its related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the App, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement and agree to abide by its terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
2. Registration
To use the App, you must register using a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update your information if any changes occur. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3. User Content
You may post and share event details, comments, photos, and other content ("User Content") on the App. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it, you grant 3VIBE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App.
You agree not to post or share User Content that violates applicable laws, infringes upon third-party rights, is offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. 3VIBE reserves the right to remove or moderate any User Content that violates these terms.
4. Events and 3VIBE Listings
The App allows users to post and join events, including night club events, posted by other members. 3VIBE does not organize, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy, safety, or quality of the events or venues listed on the App. Users are solely responsible for verifying the details and safety of any event or venue they choose to attend.

6. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
This section outlines the key terms regarding your purchases and subscriptions with 3Vibe. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
6.1. Subscription and Automatic Renewal:
3Vibe offers optional VIP subscriptions that automatically renew until you cancel. After your initial subscription period (e.g., 1-month, 3-month, 6-month), your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration, and your payment method will be charged, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
6.2. Payment Methods:
Purchases can be made through:
External Services: Such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. These purchases are subject to the respective store's terms and conditions. You must manage and cancel these subscriptions through your account with the External Service (e.g., your Apple ID or Google Play account settings).
Internal Purchases: Directly via credit card or other payment methods within the 3Vibe app or website.
6.3. Pricing and Changes:
3Vibe operates globally, and subscription prices may vary based on factors like your country and promotional offers. We may change prices and offer promotions at our discretion. Your subscription will renew at the full, non-promotional price unless you cancel.
6.4. Cancellation and Termination:
Canceling a Subscription: Canceling your subscription stops future automatic renewals. You will retain access to your VIP benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Deleting Your Account: Canceling a subscription does not delete your 3Vibe account. You must delete your account separately according to our account termination process.
6.5. Virtual Items:
3Vibe may offer virtual items (e.g., credits for special features) for purchase. These items are non-transferable, non-refundable, and grant you a limited license for use within 3Vibe only. We may manage, modify, or discontinue virtual items at any time.
6.6. Refunds:
All purchases are generally final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland: You have the right to a full refund within 14 days of your subscription purchase.
Republic of Korea: You have the right to a full refund for subscriptions and unused virtual items within 7 days of purchase.
Other Jurisdictions: Certain jurisdictions (e.g., Arizona, California, Israel) may provide specific refund rights. Please contact customer support if you believe you are entitled to a refund under your local laws.
Refund Requests: For purchases made through an External Service (Apple App Store/Google play store), all refund requests must be directed to that service's customer support. For internal purchases, please contact support@3vibe.club Customer Support.

3VIBE reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the App / websites at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting your profile.
9. Limitation of Liability
3VIBE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, including events you attend through the App.
10. Amendments
3VIBE may modify or update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of such changes signifies your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
